Shipping Policy

Australia

 

All Australian orders placed before 1pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed and despatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be packed and shipped on the next business day. Australian orders are sent via Australia standard post with tracking, and are generally delivered on the next business day (regional areas may vary). We recommend visiting the Australia Post website for an estimated delivery window. http://auspost.com.au/

To ensure a safe delivery, all parcels will require a signature on delivery. it may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a collection card will be left in your post box explaining how to pickup your parcel.

 

 

New Zealand, United States, Canada, Europe & R.O.W

Important. Shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties or taxes that are incurred from your local customs office. These charges may need to be paid before your local customs office will delivery your parcel. Any returns that relate to unpaid taxes will not be eligible for shipping charges to be refunded.

Orders are sent via Australia standard post with tracking and may take between one to two business days to be despatched. International deliveries will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that someone will be present at the time of delivery at your designated shipping address. International deliveries are prone to unexpected delays due to freight and logistics issues, as well as customs delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

 We offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy on products purchased online under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Must be returned in a box to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

  • The product has arrived to you in a faulty condition.

  • You have received the incorrect item in your order.

 

If you have opened the packaging and the product is damaged please take a photo of the product still in its original packaging that you have  received it in and send us the photo through our email for proof of damaged goods.

If your products fit the above criteria, simply post your return back to the address on the item packaging.

Once we have received your returned item(s), it may take a couple of business days for us to process your request. If you are requesting a refund of your returned products, please allow up to 3 working days for funds to clear in to your account. This varies for different banks and financial institutions.
